第一名: pip install tensorflow==1.13.1 --ignore-installed

pip install tensorflow-gpu==1.15

我的Cuda版本是 10.0 cudnn是 v7.6.5

我必须在GPU上使用Tensorflow 1.31.1,因为我正在做的项目不支持Tensorflow 2.x:(

我解决了!

做 pip uninstall numpy

pip install numpy==1.16.4

旧版本的Tensorflow不支持新版本的Numpy。
