我是新手 Entitlement Process 和 Milestones 使用 OOTB business hours (1个用于SLA,1个用于OLA)设置为不同的时区。配置为工作的每个工作时间 9 AM to 6 PM .

What will be the time trigger value based on the Business hour in salesforce? .

我有一些SLA,有5天的最后期限。根据公式 ((EOB-SOB) * MPH) * NOBD)

EOB = Assume 5 days deadline, so 14/05/17
SOB = Today, so 09/05/17
MPH = 60 minutes
NOB = 5, What do I need to consider here? As No. of business day means 5 days
here, as 5 days of deadline?? Please clarify.

5天营业观察到一件事:根据公式5*60*5=1500或5*60*9(营业时间数)=2700。根据我实现的第二个逻辑,但OOTB没有显示5天,它只显示2天为什么?
