巴泽尔 0.19.0 不再阅读 tools/bazel.rc . 文件中的一个选项( --define=grpc_no_ares=true )是需要的。

您可以将其包含在CLI中:

bazel build --define=grpc_no_ares=true --config=opt //tensorflow/tools/pip_package:build_pip_package
