UITableViewCell 已选择属性。因此您可以在子类中重写该属性。

override var selected: Bool {
    didSet {
        if selected { 
            label.textColor = UIColor.redColor()
        } else {
            label.textColor = UIColor.greenColor()
        } 
    } 
}
