我正在写一个应用程序,我想使用一些背景,其中包含Android“绿色机器人,甚至可能是一个说谷歌在机器人下面。

这是违反服务条款还是违反版权法?

如果违反任何法律,使用图标的应用程序是免费的还是收费的,这有关系吗?

根据 Android Branding Guidelines ,您可以使用Android robot图标,前提是您给出了正确的属性( Google's attribution policies
