在一个项目中有两个launchsettings.json文件

我目前有一个项目,有两个launchsettings.json文件。一个位于properties文件夹下,另一个位于Views/properties下。我很困惑,因为这是我第一次遇到这种情况。我还试图弄清楚哪个文件是正确的。任何帮助或解释都将非常好。
