1) 在任何其他查询之前运行此查询:

 mysql_query("set names 'utf8'");

 <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8">

3) 在PHP代码顶部添加以下内容:

 header("Content-Type: text/html;charset=UTF-8");

旧方法已被弃用。如果您使用的是PHP>5.0.5和mysqli new syntax 现在是:

$connection->set_charset("utf8")

在哪里? $connection 是指您与数据库的连接。
