电话号码的最后一位是随机的吗?

我发现,对于两个不同的最后数字,完全相同的提示有着显著不同的响应率(25%对35%)。现在我很好奇为什么会这样。有人知道电话号码是怎么分配的吗?为什么最后一个数字是有意义的?

我查了我们的帐单数据库。我们使用星号作为PBX并将帐单存储在PostgreSQL数据库中。

select substring(cdr_callerid_norm from '[0-9]$') as last_digit, count(*)
from asterisk_cdr 
where cdr_callerid_norm is not null and length(cdr_callerid_norm) > 2
group by last_digit 
order by last_digit

结果:
