关闭yarn/npm配置上的严格ssl,然后重试

yarn config set "strict-ssl" false -g

或

npm config set "strict-ssl" false -g

不太喜欢禁用严格的ssl。

yarn config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org

npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org/
npm config set "strict-ssl" false -g
npm config delete registry
