以管理员身份登录Windows Server 2016,我可以从命令行运行Solr: bin\solr.cmd start -p 8983 -f

我已将Solr配置为作为Windows服务运行-以相同的用户、相同的命令、相同的启动目录等运行-但是在加载情况下,从上游应用程序返回以下错误(Sitecore xConnect,尽管这不会产生任何影响)

{metadata={error-class=org.apache.solr.common.SolrException,root-error-class=org.apache.solr.common.SolrException},msg=SolrCore is loading,code=503}

重申一下,当Solr从命令行启动时,一切正常,只有当它作为Windows服务运行时才会出错。

Windows版本:Server 2016
环境:AWS(m5.large EC2实例)

Sitecore兼容性表指出,要在Sitecore中使用Solr 6.6.1,您仍然应该使用6.6.2,因为它修复了Solr 6.6.1中可能影响SIF安装的错误。 Read here

我建议您使用Solr 6.6.2再试一次
