控制面板portlet的配置页面未出现

我已经创建了一个运行良好的Liferay控制面板portlet。 现在我想添加一个配置页面。我做了如下:

1. 将配置模板init参数添加到portlet.xml
2. 将配置操作类添加到liferay-portlet.xml
