我测试了你的情景/案例。我在VS.NET 2019中创建了一个新的控制台应用程序。然后,我单击“工具”|“Nuget包管理器”|“管理Nuget包”选项。现在我在点击浏览链接后搜索了Aspose.Cells(v222.3.0)。然后我安装了最新版本,它运行良好。我在导入过程中也没有遇到任何错误。

该问题可能是由于您端的NuGet Package Manager配置造成的。您可以清除NuGet缓存,然后在VS.NET中再次尝试。
