重构接口方法——提取接口方法的代码片段以创建新的包装方法——是最佳实践吗?

IEnumerator IEnumerable.GetEnumerator()
{
   return (IEnumerator) GetEnumerator();
}

public PeopleEnum GetEnumerator()

}

作者为什么这样做?这是最佳实践吗?
